Once a space becomes available and a family is offered the space, parents are encouraged to visit the centre, without their child, prior to enrolment so that the Director can take parents on a tour of the centre, go through the Parent Handbook and answer all questions or concerns. A second appointment can then be made for the parents and child to come back together to meet staff and observe the daycare environment.
